Excellent service manual

The Bentley is the only service manual you will ever need for a bmw. It covers everything from the bumpers to the brakes and more. The text is well written, the diagrams are excellent and are also a annotated where further clarification is necessary. The index is very well cross referenced which makes it easy to drill down to the exact content yow want. Don't waste your money on anything else!

Pretty Good Manual

After looking through this book and doing a few repairs, I have come to the conclusion that it is pretty good but, could be better. Here are my issues:
-pictures are black and white and sometimes hard to know what you're looking at;
-it doesn't include the 325ix
-instructions were written a long time ago meaning that common problems that happen to e30s after two decades of wear and tear are not talked about much. If you have some weird issues, check internet forums, chances are its a common problem a million others have seen. (stuck on wheels, window relay, etc)
but all in all its a big help with lots of problems so its worth the money.
